Jagadguru Pūjya Śrī Chandrasekharendra Saraswati Śaṅkarācārya Mahāsvāmigal & Pujyashri Jayendra Saraswati Śaṅkarācārya Mahāsvāmigal of Śrī Kāñchī Kāmakoṭi Pīṭham graced the occasion and blessed the devotees during the Yāgaśālā and Kumbhābhiṣekam ceremonies.

Thousands of devotees gathered in and around the temple to witness this sacred occasion. The entire temple complex was filled with devotion, with devotees having gathered in large numbers for the Darshan of Sri Meenakshi Amman and Sri Sundareswarar Swami.
Of particular significance was the presence of the Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham Acharyas — Pujyashri Jayendra Saraswathi Shankaracharya Swamigal and Pujyashri Vijayendra Saraswathi Shankaracharya Swamigal during the historic occasion.
The occasion also witnessed the participation of devotees from different parts of India and from overseas, including devotees associated with temples in South Africa, Singapore, Malaysia and other places.
